This narrative music video comes a decade after the song’s release. brought to Palacios’ attention after watching the Oscar-nominated film, The Holdovers (2023). Palacios, wanting to breathe life and loss into Jurado’s song, took the initiative and brought the story to a team of artists and thoughtfully crafted what we see (and feel) in this video.
